second marriage. I can help.
The hope you need is within reach.
Second marriages come with unique challenges, but you can overcome them. As a social worker specializing in second marriages and stepfamilies, I’m here to walk you through the healing process. You and your family can learn to recognize and cope with feelings of loss, betrayal, and isolation. You can prevent conflict and develop trust. Your marriage and family can — and will — thrive.
Research indicates that
it can take up to
four years
to form a cohesive
stepfamily unit.
Services
Private Therapy for Stepfamilies
I provide private therapy services for individuals, families, and couples, as well as group programs and educational workshops.

As a therapist with extensive experience helping stepfamilies, I recognize the transitions and losses experienced by individuals and subsets within the stepfamily.

I will help you identify the core issues, develop healthy strategies, and integrate family members into a new robust family unit.

My Story

I firmly believe that your second marriage can not only improve; it can flourish. As a witness to the tragedies of conflict and divorce, it is my mission to prevent the breakdown of stepfamilies in the Jewish community. I run a successful private practice where I help stepparents move beyond their personal pain, develop vibrant marriages, and build successful stepfamilies.
Fifteen years ago, with a vision of empowering remarried couples, I collaborated with a colleague to develop and run a psychoeducation program for stepparents at Counterforce, a Brooklyn based Jewish social service agency.
Today, I offer community workshops as well as mentorship training programs, working to empower and strengthen second marriages and families.
